At On, we’re redefining the future of sportswear and we’re looking for a results-driven Territory Planner, Senior Specialist to join our Sales team in one of our hubs across Zurich, London or Berlin. This role supports the Wholesale business by coordinating forecasting efforts across the EMEA region. Working within a data-driven framework, you will help maximize performance through accurate planning based on market insights, sell-out data, and financial goals. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical rigor and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Controlling, Planning, and Sales, to support impactful commercial outcomes.

Your Mission

  • Drive the planning cycle for EMEA Territories together with Sales Planning leadership, managing the Gross to Net from Long Range Planning (LRP) down to the Monthly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Territory Heads of Sales in defining seasonal targets based on top/bottom-line goals to ensure regional premium growth and results achievement.
  • Monitor in-season financial performances together with market insights, identifying deviations and providing the analysis needed to influence stakeholders toward necessary course corrections.
  • Coordinate the tracking of risks and opportunities (R&O), generating scenarios analysis and helping to implement actions that ensure year-end targets are met.
  • Act as a central point of contact for sub-regional planning, ensuring clear communication and alignment between Territories and central functions.
  • Educate and support the sales force to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales planning tasks.
  • Maintain and update business reporting, both Sell-in and Sell-out, to provide clear & on-time analysis to the sales and senior leadership team, needed to steer business decisions.
  • Contribute to commercial projects aimed at improving departmental tools and processes, specifically focusing on automation and operational efficiency.

    Your story

    • Typically 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations Management. Background in Business Planning and Sports industry is a plus.
    • Commercial P&L ownership experience, with a track record of delivering top- and bottom-line results, paired with commercial acumen focused on retail performances.
    • Comfortable working with large data sets to drive decision-making, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior management and external partners.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of complex business challenges and the ability to deliver impactful solutions.
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented, maintaining high standards and a fast, agile approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
    • Proven ability to establish scalable processes and influence cross-functional stakeholders to align around shared goals.

    About the Team

    Join a growing, dynamic Sales Planning & Account Operations function within the EMEA Sales team, focused on enabling our sub-regions, including both owned markets and distributors, to execute the commercial strategy. We collaborate across a wide internal network, working with stakeholders in Sales, Controlling, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Operations with an omnichannel view, to ensure an aligned and optimal customer experience.
