Sitting on the Americas Leadership Team and reporting directly to our General Manager for the Americas, you will serve as a high-level executive responsible for driving regional revenue, managing a diverse wholesale ecosystem, and shaping the brand's premium market positioning. You will be responsible for ensuring On’s premium presence while navigating a high-growth, high-complexity landscape, ensuring our commercial footprint reflects our commitment to innovation and people-first leadership.
