In short

The Senior Lead - B2B Events (Partner Experience) will redefine how our Top 20 and Tier A partners experience On across the full Go-To-Market journey. From Previews and Prelines to Sell-in, Top-to-Tops, Partner Summits, and cultural moments like Paris Fashion Week, you’ll shape premium experiences that connect brand storytelling with commercial impact.

You are a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer with a sharp operational edge, someone who can turn a brief into a partner journey that feels unmistakably On. You’ll work closely with Commercial GTM, Creative Studio, Brand Environment Design, VM, Product and Regions to build scalable frameworks and deliver best-in-class execution season after season.

Your Mission

  • Own the global B2B events portfolio across key GTM milestones: Previews, Prelines, Sell-in, Top-to-Tops, Tier A Summits and selected cultural moments (e.g. Innovation Summits, Paris Fashion Week).
  • Design how partners experience the On brand, translating strategy into premium physical experiences from storytelling flow to environments, hospitality, and service design.
  • Turn commercial objectives into experiential briefs, aligning seamlessly with Commercial GTM briefs and ensuring clear ownership across both.
  • Lead end-to-end execution excellence, including run-of-show, venue/showroom operations, sample/VM readiness, IT set-up, staffing, and high-profile account care.
  • Own partner-facing touchpoints and copy, ensuring invites, menus, signage, external run-of-show documents and toolkits are on-brand and premium.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships (production partners, caterers, venues, creative support), ensuring quality, timelines and budget discipline.
  • Build scalable playbooks and standards that elevate consistency globally, templates, hospitality guidelines, operational tools, and repeatable frameworks.
  • Empower regions with the tools and guardrails to execute local partner moments with excellence, while maintaining a consistent On experience.

    Your story

    • Typically we look for 7+ years of experience shaping brand experiences, experiential marketing, B2B events, showroom environments, or partner journeys—ideally within sportswear, footwear, or apparel.
    • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
    • Proven track record delivering premium experiences with tight timelines and high standards.
    • Operationally excellent: budgets, vendors, run-of-show, logistics, and event platform management (e.g. Evenito).
    • Strong taste and storytelling instinct, with an eye for detail and the confidence to push quality.
    • Clear communicator, calm under pressure, ownership-driven, solutions-first.
    • Must be fluent or C1+ level English as this is our shared professional language at On. German is a plus!
    • Embodies On’s 5 spirits (explore our career page for more).

    About the Team

The Global Brand Experience - Events team is where On’s stories become real. We build the moments that move people, from performance-led innovation platforms to the experiences that shape culture around running. We’re explorers by nature: we challenge convention, sweat the details, and work fast without losing the craft. If you’re the kind of person who sees a blank space and imagines what it could be, and then has the drive to build it, you’ll feel right at home.
