As the Intern - Community Marketing, LA, you will support the day-to-day execution of high-impact community initiatives that connect the brand with the vibrant culture of Los Angeles. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of authentic brand experiences that inspire movement and build deep-rooted connections with our local fans. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Community Marketing on the Brand Experience team, you will support the LA region by helping to manage partner relationships and on-the-ground activations that drive brand credibility.

This 12-week program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a high-growth environment where your holistic development and contribution to our human-centric culture are prioritized. This position is based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Your Mission

  • Immerse yourself in the world of community marketing to understand how brand experiences are engineered to deliver moments of WOW for our fans and partners
  • Support the Los Angeles Community Lead with daily operations, including coordinating product seeding and managing internal logistics to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist with the planning, physical setup, and breakdown of community events and Tier 1 activations across the city to maintain premium brand standards
  • Help maintain relationships with existing community partners through timely communication and proactive on-the-ground support
  • Support outreach efforts by researching new cultural touch points, local partners, and emerging events in LA that align with On’s strategic pillars
  • Provide general field marketing support to ensure all experiences are delivered professionally, punctually, and in full alignment with our premium positioning
  • Collaborate closely with peers and your leader to navigate priorities between high-quality output and the speed required in a dynamic event environment

    Your story

    • You bring experience in a functional role or internship environment focused on marketing, events, or community engagement within a fast-paced or premium brand setting
    • Highly organized and reliable, with a proven ability to manage multiple structured tasks and follow through on details to support larger project goals
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook, allowing you to communicate professionally and authentically with a diverse range of internal teammates and external partners
    • Proactive and curious mindset with a desire to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and learn rapidly from both successes and setbacks
    • Physical ability and willingness to be hands-on during event execution, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support the team through setup and breakdown
    • Deep interest in how sport, culture, and community intersect in Los Angeles, with an eagerness to contribute to an exceptional and inclusive team environment
