On is looking for an Anaplan Specialist (Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect) to join On at its HQ in Zurich.

We are excited to offer these roles to driven team players with exceptional problem-solving skills and the mindset to leverage their own ideas and bring new initiatives to life. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast as you take responsibility for building, maintaining, and further developing both backend and frontend of our Anaplan solutions with a main focus on Financial Planning or Supply Planning. With your proven technical expertise and understanding of enterprise planning processes, you will contribute to setting up a robust planning system environment which comes with great opportunities to grow in your position!

Your Mission

  • Technical ownership of planning models as Anaplan Solution Architect / Model Builder, responsibility for backend/frontend building activities as well as integrations to other systems and Anaplan models.
  • Ownership of Anaplan initiatives and projects end-to-end (requirements engineering, model building, testing, go-live support, maintenance).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into value-adding Anaplan solutions.
  • Communicate technical outcomes and their consequences effectively to different stakeholders.
  • Build Anaplan models in accordance with Anaplan implementation principles.
  • Document and control On’s planning models to ensure they are logical and robust.
  • Provide guidance and end user training to raise competence, awareness and technical skills in relation to planning.

    Your story

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
    • Proven experience in Anaplan model building; certifications are valued (Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect).
    • Degree or good knowledge in finance/supply chain or any other related field.
    • Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills and eagerness to solve business problems with technology.
    • Consultancy background is a plus. Proven effective stakeholder management in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Results orientation and high motivation.
    • Experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), or database query applications such as SQL.
