As Director of Accessories at On, you will own and drive the global end-to-end commercial strategy for Accessories (ACC), with full accountability for delivering the 2030 Long Range Plan revenue and profitability ambitions. This role sets the category vision and long-term direction, translating strategy into clear, actionable annual commercial plans across regions and channels. Acting as the commercial leader of the category, the Director of Accessories partners closely with Product, Merchandising, Brand, and Retail to shape a differentiated, consumer-relevant, and consistently premium ACC offer. Through strong commercial insight, clear channel strategy, and executional excellence, the role elevates the impact of ACC across channels and customer touch points, strengthening its contribution to overall brand equity and business growth.

Your Mission

  • Act as the global commercial leader for Accessories (ACC), owning category performance and representing ACC in senior leadership forums.

  • Define and drive the ACC category vision and 2030 Long Range Plan, translating strategy into clear annual commercial plans across regions and channels.

  • Lead ACC channel strategy across DTC Retail, DTC E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketplace, ensuring clear differentiation and protection of premiumness.

  • Own and steer core commercial KPIs, including sell-through, AOV, attach rate, and conversion, using insights to shape category and product decisions.

  • Partner closely with Product and Merchandising, driving portfolio segmentation, price architecture, and hero product focus.

  • Elevate the ACC consumer experience and growth impact, ensuring premium presentation and communication across all touch points and driving attach rate through bundling, CRM, and campaign integration.

    Your story

    • Senior commercial leadership experience within a global, premium or performance-led consumer brand.

    • Proven ability to own and deliver category strategy and long-range plans across multiple regions and channels.

    • Strong expertise across omnichannel models, including DTC, Wholesale, and digital commerce.

    -Track record of influencing cross-functional partners at senior level in complex, matrix organisations.

    -Highly commercial and analytical, with experience owning KPIs, pricing, and portfolio optimisation, paired with strong brand and consumer instinct.
