We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Production Planner to join our EMEA Production Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production planning & delivery for suppliers in Europe. Follow up on Capacity booking, Order placement timelines, buy ready schedule and production status to ensure on time delivery. Maintain Supplier KPIs.

The Production Planner role will report to Turkey/EU Senior Leader Sourcing Operations on the Sourcing team supporting the EU & Turkey region/function/product.

Your Mission

  • Manage production planning & delivery for suppliers in Europe to maintain Suppliers’ on-time STS and BULK order KPIs to align with team’s goals.

  • Plan and manage end to end production and delivery for assigned European suppliers, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and business priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Quality, Material and Trim Management, Sourcing Development, Production, Logistics and Customs) to identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain and process inefficiencies.

  • Follow up on Capacity and Material booking, Order placement timelines, buy ready schedule and production status to ensure on time delivery.

  • Coordinate with Logistics, Transport and Customs compliance teams in Zurich and Vietnam to solve the related on-time delivery and comply with customs KPI for shipping document submission.

  • Guide and monitor the compliance of suppliers to update in the Order management systems.

  • Act as a bridge between Suppliers & On offices in resolving issues.

    Your story

    • Professional degree in Manufacturing is desirable.

    • You should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in production planning & followup.

    • Strong analytical and data management skills.

    • Fluency in English.

    • An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation, and a natural push for excellence.

    • Able to balance creativity with organisation and discipline in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Team

    As a member of the Production Planning team, you will play a critical role in aligning demand, supply planning, capacity, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

    We work cross functionally with Supply Chain, material, development teams to translate business requirements into executable production plans. We are highly analytical, detail oriented, and proactive in anticipating risks and constraints.

    By leveraging data, forecasts, and continuous communication, we balance service level, inventory, and capacity while supporting operational excellence and on time delivery.

    While we rely on structured planning processes, we continuously challenge assumptions and improve planning accuracy to support the company’s sustainable global growth.
