Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)The Specialist Demand Planner reports to the Global Demand Planning Senior Lead within the Global Demand Planning team. The role supports regional demand planning by strengthening processes, methods, and system adoption across categories. It contributes to improved forecast quality, data consistency, and cross-regional alignment, with a strong focus on analytics, communication, and planning tools.

Strengthen and improve regional demand planning processes.
Support Anaplan usage, data quality, and planning ways of working.
Review, consolidate, and validate regional demand inputs.
Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in demand plans.
Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandising, and Finance.
Contribute to documentation, standardization, and process improvements.

2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain within a complex, cross-functional environment.
Strong logical, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders across regions.
Hands-on experience with Excel; Anaplan and Looker Studio experience is a strong plus.
Experience in the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
Interest in processes, methods, and system and process improvement.
Fluency in English.

The Global Demand Planning team consolidates regional demand into a global view to support medium- and long-term supply decisions. As part of the End-to-End Planning organization, the team works cross-category and partners closely with Regional Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team, with a strong focus on data quality and process excellence.
