Lead - Investor Relations (9-month contract)

Reporting to the Head of IR, you’ll join for a 9-month contract to shape how investors and analysts engage with On. Working to support senior leadership, you’ll translate strategy and financial performance into strong communication. From earnings to roadshows, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the same clarity, quality, and ambition that define On.

Your Mission

You will help execute On’s IR agenda, ensuring consistency, credibility, and momentum across all capital markets communications.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and communication of On’s equity story, translating strategy and results into clear IR messaging.
  • Assisting in preparation of quarterly earnings materials including press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, presentations, and supporting analysis.
  • Acting as a point of contact for analysts and investors, managing enquiries and building trusted relationships.
  • Maintaining core IR resources such as analyst consensus tracking, pre- and post- earnings analysis and the IR website.
  • Monitoring share price activity, peer performance, sector trends, and market sentiment, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Managing operational execution of key investor moments including earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and the Annual General Meeting.

    Your story

    You bring a strong foundation in finance and capital markets, paired with a genuine passion for communication.

    You have:

    • 5+ years of experience in IR, sell-side research or investing (preference listed equities). Preferably at least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
    • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and capital markets dynamics.
    • Exceptional written and verbal English, with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, engaging and polished narratives.
    • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills, comfort managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.

    About the Team

    IR connects On with its shareholders and the wider financial community. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team, sitting in Finance but partnering closely with teams across the organisation and senior management to deliver best-in-class investor engagement across reporting, events, and daily market interactions.
