We’re looking for a strategic, creatively ambitious Influencer Marketing Senior Lead to amplify and scale On’s stories through bold partnerships at all tiers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Brand Communications, you’ll drive the vision and execution of high-tier influencer partnerships. You’ll work cross-functionally and with regional counterparts to scale On’s impact where it matters most. You’ll bring imagination, a dedication to data-powered ideas, commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and a well-honed instinct for ‘what’s next’.

Your Mission

  • Drive the vision and strategy for On’s Influencer programme, delivering maximum value from high-tier, long-term global partners and regional talent through clear positive leadership, prioritization and measurable goals
  • Be the centre of excellence for Influencer Marketing, joining and leading conversations on Influencer strategy and approach across campaign, event and always on moments
  • Continue to build On’s Affiliate and Creator programme, defining ambitious commercial targets through the lens of On’s premium brand positioning, in collaboration with On’s Organic Social, Digital and Strategy teams
  • Set goals and measure what matters, setting regular cadence for reporting to Senior Leadership
  • Oversee the Global Influencer Team to identify to secure and manage premium partners through bold, unexpected campaign and always on storytelling content
  • Consistently connect with Brand Communication, Digital and Media teams to increase the impact of influencer content across the consumer journey
  • Explore, champion and leverage emerging platform, tech and tool opportunities to help On better connect with our audiences
  • Stay ahead of the cultural, social and platform trends within sports, fashion and lifestyle that matter to On’s audiences
  • Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, accountability and resilience, helping the team navigate ambiguity and collaborate with trust
  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to define and activate a clear, scalable global influencer strategy, balancing global consistency with strong regional relevance and impac.

    Your story

    • 7+ years’experience in creator and influencer marketing at a global brand, or a closely related partnerships/marketing role
    • 4+ years in a leadership role, managing people and owning a function
    • Proven track record of running multiple influencer campaigns end-to-end: from brief and partner selection to launch and post-mortem
    • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
    • Data-driven mindset paired with strong creative and cultural intuition
    • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Track record of working across teams and timezones and championing the influencer marketing function internally and externally.
    • Adept at designing a strategy and then executing – writing briefs, shaping concepts, selecting partners and reviewing content
    • Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs for campaigns and content, and making clear decisions based on the results
    • A positive, progressive, optimistic mindset, a natural ability for simplifying, finding and inspiring solutions and driving On’s unique culture
    • Fluent in English

    The On Creative Studio is the heartbeat of the brand — a global collective of thinkers, makers, and dreamers redefining performance for a new era.You’ll be part of the Brand Voice team, responsible for shaping how the On brand sounds, looks, feels and evolves globally. We work across product storytelling, retail and brand moments - from defining creative foundations to delivering best-in-class guidelines.

    This role plays a critical connective function within the team, ensuring that creative work across categories and channels is anchored in a shared, elevated brand vision.
