We are looking for an Orderbook Senior Lead, EMEA to join our Sales Operations team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned professional who excels at leading teams, building processes, and driving operational excellence at scale.

You will operate with a high level of ownership leading and developing a team of 4 responsible for managing the regional orderbooks end to end. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Account Services, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure flawless execution, timely delivery, and maximum customer satisfaction. Beyond day-to-day execution, you’ll be expected to identify and implement improvements that optimize order fill rates, strengthen controls, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our orderbook management. You will drive processes that directly support key KPIs such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), always leading with a customer-centric approach

This role calls for a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and a hands-on mindset. You’ll mentor and grow your team, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure that operational priorities align seamlessly with our broader business objectives.

Your Mission

  • Directly manage and mentor four Orderbook Sr. Specialists, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.
  • Manage operational excellence of product launches, ensuring timely status reporting and process execution to meet OTIF launch targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the regional sales orderbook team, ensuring output is accurate, consistent, and standardized.
  • Partner with Global Ops Enablement, Supply Chain, and Sales to design and implement scalable, efficient operational processes.
  • Drive and optimize strategies across Wholesale, Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer, and Retail channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Services, Demand Planning, and Logistics to optimize order flow, resolve exceptions, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Integrate and pioneer AI capabilities to drive scalable growth and enhance process efficiency.

    Your story

    -8+ years of experience in order management, supply chain operations, or a related field

    • Proven ability to lead teams, coach talent, and drive engagement.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
    • Experience working in an omni-channel or multi-market environment.
    • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proficiency in order management systems (D365 a plus), reporting tools, and data analysis (BI Looker a plus).
