As we scale our digital ecosystem, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead our Integration and Application squad in our Retail space. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of our micro-services architecture and retail systems, ensuring we build for high performance and scalability. Your role is to drive the delivery of our Integration and Application programs, fostering a modern, high-trust engineering culture focused on rapid, iterative value.

Must Haves:
Extensive experience leading Agile squads and managing complex delivery lifecycles.
Strong background in modern software paradigms (Micro-services, CI/CD, Cloud-native).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A "people-first" mindset with a passion for mentoring and coaching engineers to reach their full potential.
