As the Lead for End to End Planning, you will play a pivotal part in orchestrating our master planning calendar, ensuring close alignment across our GTM, Product, and Supply organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving cross-functional communication, and driving strategic alignment. By combining strong planning orchestration with insightful business analysis, this position will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and support key company-wide transformation initiatives.
This is a 6 months fixed term contract:
Planning Calendar Orchestration (approx. 60%)
Business Analysis and Strategic Support (approx. 40%)


The Integrated End to End Planning team are the growth orchestrators of On. We partner across the company to orchestrate end-to-end planning activities and analytics across the entire product lifecycle. Combining financial data with product, commercial and supply chain data we provide visibility and analytics for decision making to power scalable growth at On. We deliver innovation in how we work, and excellence in all that we do.
We act as the bridge between On’s planning teams - gathering and understanding all perspectives, orchestrating the critical path and ensuring that accountability and accuracy is at the forefront of how we plan.
