Lead - Facilities Manager

As the Lead - Facilities Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operational excellence and maintenance standards of our retail and corporate spaces across the region. This role demands full ownership of end-to-end facility projects, balancing efficiency with innovation to ensure our physical spaces embody a premium, safe, and brand-aligned experience. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Development on the AMER Real Estate Team, you will support critical business continuity and operational scaling across the Americas market.

Your Mission

  • Own the end-to-end management of complex facility projects, from scoping and vendor selection to execution and budget adherence, ensuring timely and premium outcomes
  • Lead the operational integrity of all assigned spaces, implementing proactive maintenance programs to uphold high safety, compliance, and brand presentation standards
  • Identify underlying operational issues and root causes, developing and delivering solutions to complex problems autonomously
  • Prioritize work streams effectively in an environment of ambiguity, providing clear direction and alignment to cross-functional partners and external vendors
  • Cultivate and manage a trusted network of vendors, holding them accountable to On's standards of quality, speed, and cost efficiency
  • Champion and integrate sustainable practices and innovative process improvements into facility management to drive long-term operational excellence
  • Partner with Real Estate, Retail, and IT to ensure seamless and efficient cross-functional project execution and maintenance support

    Your story

    • You bring 6+ years of progressive experience in facility and maintenance management, preferably in a multi-location retail or high-growth premium brand environment
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and autonomously, navigating ambiguity and delivering clear solutions to root-cause issues
    • Proven success in mastering time management and productivity techniques to optimize workflow and maximize focus on high-priority tasks and deliverables
    • Strong ability to build effective, trusting relationships with individuals and vendors from diverse backgrounds, approaching interactions with humility and openness
    • Experience in confidently managing budgets, assessing risks, and making well thought out decisions based on available information, adapting plans whenever needed
    • Proficient in leveraging facility management software and technical systems to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency

    Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $130,000-$160,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
