In short

We are looking for an enthusiastic Athlete Strategy & Partnership Operations Specialist to join our team on a 10-month fixed term contract as a maternity cover. Your focus will be to support On’s Athlete Strategy & Partnership team assisting in operational processes. In addition you will also provide executive support to the leadership team, coordinating schedules, meetings, and office visits, while contributing to ongoing projects to ensure efficient and seamless team operations.

Your Mission

  • Support On’s Athlete Strategy & Partnership team by managing end-to-end operational processes, including tracking and maintaining accurate data across contracts, product distribution, and payments.
  • Support data reconciliation for athlete contracts, payments, and tracking systems to maintain precise records.
  • Assist with budget and expense tracking, conduct analysis, and prepare internal reports to enable efficient and seamless day-to-day business operations.
  • Help maintain data integrity by reviewing information for completeness and flagging inconsistencies for follow-up
  • Provide executive and operational support to team leadership, including coordinating schedules, meetings, office visits, and facilitating internal communications to ensure workflows run smoothly.
  • Support the execution of ongoing brand initiatives, coordinating operational tasks, timelines, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, share updates, and maintain alignment across athlete operations initiatives.

    Your story

    • 3+ years of experience with background in operational processes
    • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.
    • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless execution across processes, systems, and workflows
    • Prior experience in data management, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting, is preferred. -Experience in order processing/customer service and account services is a plus

    About the Team

    You’ll work closely with the Athlete Strategy & Partnership team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance,Technology and Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to help shape meaningful, authentic athlete partnerships that drive the brand forward.
