We’re expanding to build the teams that will shape On’s future, and we’re looking for a Senior Lead - Integrations and Automation to serve as the master architect of our Workday data ecosystem. This is a high-impact technical leadership role. You will be responsible for the "circulatory system" of our people data, ensuring that our global systems talk to each other seamlessly while pioneering the use of AI and Agentic workflows to automate the mundane and elevate the human. We aren't looking for a standard developer; we need a technical visionary who can leverage Workday Studio and Orchestration to build robust, scalable infrastructures. Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $152,000-$190,000 Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
