As the Senior Product Insights & Analytics Lead within On’s Operational Excellence team, you will build R&D capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will lead a team to define analytical strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and to support both immediate operational KPIs and long-term AI initiatives. Your expertise will bridge the gap between data management and strategic decision-making, ensuring meaningful impact across all creation milestones.

Your Mission

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing data team while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture centered on continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with Product Leadership across Innovation, Strategy, Design, Creation, and Sourcing to identify key questions, define analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Shape Data-driven Decisions and Processes: Lead the "Right Data at the Right Time" initiative, focusing on optimizing data flow to provide the product organization with relevant information at key decision moments.
  • Uncover Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify, scope, and lead complex analytical projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Advance Emerging Technologies: Explore and assess emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to understand how On's R&D and product organization can leverage these advancements for enhanced efficiency and strategic advantage.
  • Elevate Reporting & Analytics Groundwork: Develop and refine data groundwork and reporting, transitioning from reactive data provision to proactive, insightful analysis that empowers stakeholders and drives continuous improvement.

    Your story

    • Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related technical discipline preferred.
    • Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience in data analytics and management, with a significant background in lead or supervisory positions.
    • Technical Ecosystem: Proficient in Centric PLM, D365 (ERP), BigQuery, and Looker, Python and Excel to drive data analysis and product lifecycle workflows.
    • Strategic Analysis: Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex datasets to extract actionable trends and business insights.
    • Senior Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated track record of effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders.
    • Project Execution: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and lead large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team Empowerment: Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor staff, manage cross-functional collaboration, and foster continuous improvement.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages are a plus.
