As a Lead in Commercial Programs & Market Expansion Project Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, translating strategic priorities into structured execution and tangible business impact. You will work across Commercial, Product, Operations, Tech, and regional teams to bring clarity, drive focus, and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.

This role is part of our Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team, reporting into the Head of Commercial Strategic Initiatives & Market Expansion.

Your Mission

  • Drive end-to-end execution of key commercial initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear structure, workstreams, and deliverables
  • Bring clarity to complex and ambiguous topics, identifying root causes and solutions
  • Serve as the strategic partner for senior leadership, providing absolute project clarity through high-level communication flows, proactive risk mitigation, and clear dependency management
  • Build the roadmap within creative workflows, creating sophisticated project plans and schedules in Jira that prioritize automation and minimize administrative friction for the wider team.
  • Prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact initiatives
  • Align, collaborate and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project team members (Commercial, Product, Operations, Tech, Regions)
  • Ensure execution progress, track risks, and drive delivery towards tangible business outcomes

    Your story

    • 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or project/program management
    • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
    • Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, with ability to simplify complexity
    • Comfortable making decisions with input from stakeholders
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience in sportswear, retail, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus
    • Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions
