We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission
In this role, you will be supporting our most impactful time of the year. You’ll work closely with the Community Impact team to turn our corporate values into tangible community action through the following:
- Support "Give Back Month": Act as a project coordinator our largest annual initiative, helping to organize volunteer events, and ensure every team member has a meaningful way to participate.
- Create engaging content—from internal updates to impact summaries—that celebrates our collective contributions and inspires others to get involved.
- Manage the "behind-the-scenes" details of community events, including tracking participation metrics and coordinating supplies or event materials.
- Assist with various tasks such as managing donation requests, updating our impact database, and preparing materials for community events.
- Conduct research on emerging community needs and impact best practices to help the team innovate our outreach efforts.
