Your Mission

  • Maintain and organize the studio, including fabrics, trims, samples, tools, and equipment to ensure easy accessibility
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling fittings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across design and production teams
  • Assist in preparing for presentations, fittings, and reviews by organizing garments, look boards, and presentation materials
  • Help manage sample inventory, including tracking, labeling, and archiving collections
  • Support general studio upkeep and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide hands-on assistance with ongoing design and production projects when needed

    Your story

    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take initiative
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced fashion studio environment
    • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a solution-focused approach
    • Interest in fashion design and familiarity with studio processes is a plus
    • Comfortable working with digital files, line sheets, and basic asset management systems

    About the Team

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Intern – Studio Operations to support the daily functioning of our fashion design studio. This role offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a creative fashion environment, working closely with design, production, and operations teams.

    You will be part of the Apparel Design Team based in Zurich. In close collaboration with Innovation and Product Creation, the team is responsible for the conception and development of all apparel collections.

    Apparel Design is embedded in the global Design Studio, which is responsible for all of On’s disruptive product designs. It includes apparel design, accessories design, design direction, footwear design, and innovation design. The designers all closely collaborate with developers, product managers and innovation.
