  • Manage the corporate authorization and seal-use protocols to ensure strict compliance with internal control policies.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in preparing and organizing corporate governance documents and power of attorney (POA) records.
  • Compliance & Advertising Review: Support the review of advertising claims and marketing materials to safeguard the brand and minimize regulatory risks.
  • Data Privacy & Legal Research: Support HQ and the China Legal team in enhancing data compliance frameworks through legal research on evolving regulations and assisting in data mapping exercises.
  • IP Portfolio Support: Coordinate IP-related demands and assist in preparing regular case reports to track the protection of brand assets.

    • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You believe that "excellence is in the details" and take pride in maintaining organized, risk-proof legal systems.
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken, working proficiency required). Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (for data/contract tracking). Strong communication and coordination skills, with a logical mindset and the ability to summarize complex information effectively.
