Specialist - EDI Integrations

Your Mission

  • Provide production support for EDI between Key Accounts, third party warehouses and our drop ship suppliers
  • Implement and monitor EDI systems, including data mapping, translation and interface
  • Work with end users and other team members to provide production support and issue resolution
  • Help define and perform EDI system testing and quality control check
  • Help develop and maintain EDI documentation
  • Assists the setup and integration with retailers, vendors and other trading partners
  • Maintains and reviews the EDI system's performance (acknowledgments, communication, translation) and monitors the status of daily transmissions
  • Analyze EDI and data integration/transformation requirements from trading partners and help develop processes to fulfill these requirements utilizing existing applications, utilities and tool sets.
  • Analyze trading partner change requests and specification updates for current trading partners.
  • Assist with creating change requests and participate in development reviews with the global development and EDI teams.

    Your story

    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar information technology field preferred
    • 5+ years of experience within an IT, Operations or Logistics environment
    • 2+ years experience within EDI, project management and/or implementation
    • Exposure to SaaS, PaaS, Salesforce, D365 and/or other CRM cloud solutions
    • Strong understanding of ERP platforms, sales and distribution, supply chain and accounting business flows
    • Experience with 3rd party solutions such as SPS Commerce, DSCO and GXS/OPEN Text
    • Knowledge of basic project management best practices in order to be able to translate business needs into IT requirements
    • Strong understanding of EDI documents and transaction flows
    • Experience working with Jira and Confluence or other ticketing software a plus
    • Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year
    • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
