Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)We are looking for an experienced internal comms expert, skilled at telling stories through innovative mediums as we drive the next chapter of strategic communication at On.
Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications, the Head of Internal Content & Channels will lead the editorial strategy to reach our internal audience. This hands-on role will drive production of creative content across company-wide events, announcements, presentations, and other strategic moments. They will also lead complex innovation workstreams, including the rollout of a new intranet platform and efforts to increase the use of AI at On.
This role will be highly embedded in On’s unique and entrepreneurial culture; collaborating with multiple teams and leaders to optimize information flow and bring great messages to life.
