We are looking for an experienced internal comms expert, skilled at telling stories through innovative mediums as we drive the next chapter of strategic communication at On.

Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications, the Head of Internal Content & Channels will lead the editorial strategy to reach our internal audience. This hands-on role will drive production of creative content across company-wide events, announcements, presentations, and other strategic moments. They will also lead complex innovation workstreams, including the rollout of a new intranet platform and efforts to increase the use of AI at On.

This role will be highly embedded in On’s unique and entrepreneurial culture; collaborating with multiple teams and leaders to optimize information flow and bring great messages to life.

Your Mission

  • Leading the creative arm of the Internal Comms team – including concept development, editorial planning, narrative, and production.
  • Partnering closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to produce premium video and multimedia content.
  • Writing messages, speeches, and presentations for global audiences on key topics related to our strategy and culture.
  • Driving innovation strategy for company-wide channels; scoping new formats and driving them forward from proposal to adoption.

    Your story

    In addition to a specific passion for internal communication and culture, we hope you’ll also bring:

    • 10+ years of experience working in creative and multi-disciplinary roles across Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Excellent writing skills. No matter the subject, you are able to easily identify a story and bring it to life in a clear and compelling way – through talking points, slides, videos, and other mediums.
    • Thought leadership. You bring big ideas - and the strategic acumen to actually make them happen. You are skilled at translating your vision into words; bringing peers and stakeholders on board.
    • Creativity. You bring expertise in at least one relevant audiovisual format (video, audio, graphic design, animation), and you find energy in a brainstorming session.
    • Technical savvy. You are well-versed in tying measurement to an editorial strategy, and you regularly use agentic AI to enhance your creative workflows. You’re able to learn systems easily, identify gaps, and problem solve accordingly. Experience using Workvivo, Slack and G-Suite apps is a plus.
    • Collaborative mindset. You enjoy leading large, cross-functional projects and tackling ambiguity with your strong organization skills. You’re an active participant in company culture and good at networking to build bridges across the business.
    • Tons of motivation. You are a self-starter; always picking up new skills and happy to operate in the weeds.
    • Industry knowledge. You regularly follow media trends and apply them to your work to engage employees of all backgrounds.
    • English fluency. Additional languages are a plus.
