In short

As the Lead, Commercial Training Design, you will be the "Core Brain" of our training ecosystem. Your mission is to act as the ultimate architect and translator of a brand - turning complex retail knowledge, skillset and brand DNA into powerful, scalable learning solutions, including content, program, etc. By designing robust curricula for all channels (DTC, B2B, and E-commerce) and covering the entire retail career ladder, you will build an unshakeable talent moat that secures our premium positioning and drives omni-channel growth.

Your Mission

The Architect: Omni-Channel Curriculum & Instructional Design

  • Build the Retail Career Ladder Matrix: Design, develop, and standardize the end-to-end commercial training framework across China. Your content will span from retail basics (Brand Culture, Product Tech, Premium Service SOPs, etc) to advanced skillsets (Consultative Selling, Retail Data Analytics, Store Management, etc).
  • AI-Driven & Scalable Content Production: Actively embrace cutting-edge technology. Utilize AI tools and multimedia to turn complex product specs into micro-learning modules and digital scripts, ensuring training assets can be synchronized across DTC, B2B, and E-commerce channels instantly.
  • Bridge the Channel Gap: Masterfully adapt core training standards to suit the operational differences between DTC retail environments, E-commerce TP operations, and B2B wholesale account-manager dynamics.

The Enabler: High-Level Facilitation & Train-the-Trainer (TTT)

  • Lead Flagship Programs: Personally anchor and deliver flagship, high-stake programs, such as Elite Store Lead Development, Topic Instructor Development, and exclusive wholesale key-account workshops.
  • Amplify Through the Ecosystem: Implement a world-class TTT model. Empower our "Agile Delivery Pool" partners and frontline business leads (Retail Leaders and B2B Account Managers) to become the primary quality gatekeepers in the field.

The Driver: End-to-End Project Management

  • Cross-Circle Collaboration: Deeply connect with global and regional L&D, Commercial Education, Talent, and Community circles to ensure training strategy perfectly mirrors the global premium brand identity.
  • Total Project Ownership: Manage the entire lifecycle of training initiatives—from proactive frontline needs diagnosis, conceptual co-creation, and pilot testing, to nationwide omni-channel rollout.

The Perfectionist: Business Impact & Execution Tracking

  • Ruthless Attention to Detail: Infuse a pixel-perfect quality standard into every training playbook, digital checklist, and workshop setup to safeguard On's premium aesthetics.
  • Result-Oriented ROI Calibration: Focus heavily on the effectiveness of training. Go beyond completion rates to correlate training data with core commercial metrics (e.g., CR, UPT, Apparel share, MSP), ensuring data drives the next wave of content iteration.

    Your story

    Your Experience & Hard Skills

    • Retail Industry Roots: 10+ years of rich training experience within premium retail or sports performance industries, with at least 5 years dedicated heavily to Instructional Design and curriculum architecture.
    • Dual-Core Capability: A proven track record of being able to build deep, logically sound, and aesthetically beautiful training materials (leveraging AI to accelerate), while also possessing the facilitation charisma to command a room of senior store managers.
    • Omni-Channel DNA: Direct experience or deep structural understanding of both DTC retail logic and B2B wholesale (Account-based) dynamics in the China market.
