In short

As the Lead - Omnichannel Retail Marketing, Brazil, you will define and drive the integrated consumer journey across Brazil, ensuring a seamless and premium brand experience between our direct-to-consumer operations and strategic retail partners. You will champion the synergy between DTC own retail, and B2B channels to amplify On’s market presence and brand love. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brazil you will act as a strategic bridge between Sales, regional Marketing, and external partners to deliver impactful brand execution at every touchpoint

Your Mission

Develop and lead the omnichannel retail marketing strategy for the Brazilian market, ensuring full integration and synergy between e-commerce and wholesale channels Analyze macro retail trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and optimization of the local consumer journey Partner closely with the B2B Sales team to design and execute high-impact trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and sell-through with key retail accounts Serve as the primary marketing lead for our own physical retail stores, collaborating with regional teams to align campaigns and activations with global standards Orchestrate the local omnichannel marketing calendar to ensure cohesive communication and flawless execution for all product launches and brand moments Establish and monitor performance KPIs across all marketing channels, leveraging data-informed insights to optimize channel strategy and resource allocation - Marketing KPI's and Consumer Journey. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure brand consistency and operational alignment across the global-local matrix

    Your story

    You bring 7+ years of experience in marketing roles within a premium global retailer or performance-oriented brand, specifically within footwear or apparel You have 3-5+ years of experience in a people leadership role, having successfully guided professional teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies Proven expertise in defining and executing omnichannel, DTC, or trade marketing strategies that connect digital and physical retail environments Sharp business acumen with the ability to translate macro market analysis and retail data into actionable, high-growth marketing plans Excellent relational intelligence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects and in-store activations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Portuguese and English, enabling effective collaboration across both local teams and the regional organization
