In short

Join us at the heart of the revolution. As a hands-on engineer in our LightSpray production sites, you will be the critical link between engineering and live operations. You will manage a growing production system, ensuring this disruptive technology is robust, repeatable, and ready to change the industry forever

Your Mission

  • Orchestrating a Complex Hardware-Software Ecosystem: You will own the software architecture that commands our automated production cells. You will direct your team to build the inaugural generation of functional services that control and synchronize a highly diverse array of hardware tools and advanced manufacturing processes—including multi-axis spraying, precision inkjet branding, laser scanning, milling, and 3D scanning. To achieve this, you will act as the technical unifier, collaborating with specialists across fields to ensure a harmonized digital ecosystem.
  • Securing the Bridge from Innovation to Production: Innovation requires structure to scale. You will serve as the critical liaison to the core Infrastructure and Technology teams, systematically organizing the handover of successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs). You will ensure that all localized innovations are fully compatible with enterprise standards, including rigorous cybersecurity frameworks, robust version control, and architectures optimized for long-term quality maintenance.
  • Championing Agile, Continuous Evolution: Hardware evolves rapidly, and your software must keep pace without breaking. You will engineer seamless pipelines where information flows flawlessly between physical machines and digital logic. By cultivating an agile development environment, you will enable the team to iterate rapidly alongside hardware advancements while maintaining a strict commitment to Continuous Integration (CI) and fast, zero-downtime deployment to production.
