The Lead Global Reverse Logistics role, within the Global Distribution & Logistics team, is strategically responsible for the vision, optimization, and standardization of the return process flow across all channels: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Retail, and Business-to-Business (B2B). This critical role involves overseeing the entire global return lifecycle from customers back to the fulfillment network while independently driving key strategic streams of the circular Cyclon initiative. You will architect global standards and SOPs, leading the integration of On’s 3PL-managed fulfillment network with return centers and dedicated Cyclon 2.0 partners. This position reports to the Head of Warehouse Operations on the Global Supply Chain team and focuses on developing team capabilities to manage highly complex, cross-regional projects with diverse stakeholders.

Your Mission

  • Strategic Global Flow Design & Optimization: Own the design, overarching strategy, and continuous enhancement of global reverse logistics operational flows. Synthesize regional insights and market trends to drive macro-level systemic improvements.
  • Process Standardization & Innovation: Formulate and mandate global operational standards to ensure highly efficient and consistent return processes across all global 3PL partners, positioning reverse logistics as a competitive advantage.
  • Global Implementation Leadership: Architect, prioritize, and drive the execution of comprehensive implementation roadmaps. Oversee the creation of global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring effective change management and multi-regional alignment.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management & Influence: Lead communication and partnership frameworks with high-level internal and external global stakeholders. Define complex project scopes, negotiate requirements, and align diverse steering committees on key strategic solutions.
  • End-to-End Program Management: Direct and execute high-scale, cross-functional implementations and circular economy initiatives. Establish rigorous tracking metrics and detailed program roadmaps to report long-term strategic results to executive leadership.

    Your story

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 8–10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in implementing, scaling, and leading global operational supply chain processes, with a deeply established expertise in reverse logistics, circularity, and post-consumer product lifecycles.
    • Proven leadership track record in operational process design, steering multi-million dollar initiatives, and successfully driving alignment across highly diverse global stakeholder groups.
    • Extensive experience in strategic 3PL management, including global vendor selection, complex commercial onboarding, contractual governance, and long-term performance optimization.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills, with a demonstrated ability to build deep cross-functional relationships, manage high ambiguity, and guide cross-regional teams.
    • Advanced proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
    • Proficient English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
