Having already inspired millions of runners around the world, we’re now looking for a strategic, energetic, and highly collaborative Brand Partnerships Lead to drive our premier brand partnerships in our home market of Switzerland. In this role, you’ll be the strategic owner and main point of contact for our most high-profile Swiss partners. You will be responsible for bringing these partnerships to life - connecting communities, building local brand love, driving run credibility, and helping us remain culturally relevant to a younger audience. Reporting directly to the Senior Lead Brand Activation Switzerland, you will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to transform strategic relationships into powerful, community-driven storytelling and physical experiences.


You’ll report to the Senior Lead Brand Activation Switzerland and be a key member of the local Swiss Brand Activation team. We are a team united by a shared mission: to amplify On’s brand, ignite local brand love, and build deep, lasting connections with fans and communities across Switzerland.
