As a development “Rover”, you must have technical knowledge of vastly different full system development types with the ability to work autonomously on tooling engineering and material development. You are the “Swiss Army Knife”. You require minimal supervision and your reach, end-to-end, will be broader than any other on the team. Attributes of a successful candidate:
Architect the Unknown: Translate innovative concepts into scalable, commercial footwear platforms and manufacturing processes.
The "Rover": Act as an internal consultant and firefighter, stepping into highly complex or "critical condition" projects to course-correct technical execution, tooling engineering, or material development. Proven resilience and emotional intelligence when leading high-stakes projects under tight deadlines or technical constraints.
End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the entire development lifecycle for strategic initiatives, oscillating seamlessly from microscopic technical details to macro-level launch strategies and sourcing considerations.

You will join the Zurich-based Footwear Development team, serving as a senior pillar of expertise. A high-performance collective of engineers, developers, and makers who serve as the technical heart of the brand.
