We are looking for a Component Planning Senior Specialist who will be responsible for managing bottom unit component master data, as well as managing all documentation bulk data (bottom unit components can be outsoles, midsoles, speedboards, or other related kinds of bottom units). In this period of time, you also manage the Inline & LightSpray project.
Standardization / centralization tooling data
Collaborate with Development, Tooling, Compound, and operation teams to refresh component master data of every single sample stage. (Both Inline & LightSpray)
Update/refresh the forecast overview every month at the Tier 2 level. (Both Inline & LightSpray)
Strong data analysis tools / project management tools to live data could track BULK quantity vs Forecast quantity vs Investment tooling cost level.
Support Forecast system project _ LightSpray project if needed

At least 5 years of experience in planning and/or bottom unit management production
Teamwork spirit and highly attentive to detail, function, and quality.
Fluent and working proficiency in English.
An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation, and a natural push for excellence.
Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel on a regular basis between On’s production and development partners in Vietnam and China.
