We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Specialist - LightSpray Planning to lead forecasting, planning, and allocation for one of the most innovative footwear technology. This role will sit at the center of product, marketplace, and commercial strategy, ensuring the right product is launched in the right markets, at the right time, in the right quantities. Working cross-functionally with Product Creation, Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams, you will help shape seasonal business plans, optimize inventory flow, and maximize franchise growth while protecting long-term brand equity. This is a highly analytical and collaborative role requiring strong commercial instincts, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced global environment.

Your Mission

  • Business & Performance Analysis: Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking historical sales trends, market insights, consumer behavior, and launch performance to inform planning decisions
  • Forecast & Demand Planning: Partner with Merchandise, Demand and Supply Planning to balance Business Ambition, Production Capacity and Market Opportunity and translate into seasonal and long-range demand forecasts across channels & regions continuously monitoring
  • Merchandise Planning: Develop seasonal assortment plans and volume strategies aligned with business growth objectives in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to ensure successful launch phasing and execution
  • Allocation & Inventory Optimisation: Drive inventory allocation strategies across wholesale, retail and digital channels by optimizing product flow while minimizing excess inventory and stock shortages
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture focused on continuous improvement with key partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product Creation teams

    Your story

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, allocation, or demand forecasting
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ANAPLAN experience as a plus
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
    • Proactive problem solver with ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly in a growth environment
    • Strong commercial mindset balanced with market and brand sensitivity
