Your Mission

  • Perform weekly business analyses and generate actionable insights to support the Sales and Management teams in decision-making.
  • Contribute to sales planning activities, including financial forecasting, in-season tracking, and pre-season assortment planning.
  • Enhance and develop analytical tools and files (e.g., sell-out dashboards, forecast roll-ups, invoice trackers, G2N by region/sub-region) to enable more data-driven sales decisions.
  • Support and drive sales-related projects aimed at improving processes, tools, and overall department efficiency.
  • Support on developing AI capabilities within the commercial function.

    About the Team

    The Sales Planning team within the EMEA Wholesale department plays a key role in driving the business from long-range financial forecasting to monthly sales planning. The team manages in-season performance to ensure targets are met and supports pre-season assortment planning to optimize product and Accounts strategies. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, and Operations, the team ensures alignment between commercial goals and operational execution. It is an innovative and constantly evolving function, continuously improving processes and tools to enhance business performance and agility.
