An opportunity to become part of the world’s fastest-growing sports company has just become available in the Sourcing Operation. As Quality Engineer - Sr. Specialist, you are responsible for managing the quality at On T1 suppliers in the South of Vietnam operation, including the South of Vietnam, China, and Indonesia. As a key member of the globally integrated sourcing team and cross-functional Apparel & Accessories operation, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh Sourcing Office with frequent travel within Vietnam and business abroad travel upon request.

Your Mission

  • Standardizing the construction and production technology for premium apparel and accessories. This involves developing and documenting comprehensive technical specifications and best practices for product assembly and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality, durability, and a premium aesthetic finish, enabling efficient, scalable production while maintaining high craftsmanship.

  • Evaluate the technical capabilities of suppliers and utilize cutting-edge technology to elevate their capacity to a premium standard.

  • Conduct development sample inspections to identify quality issues, assess product safety, evaluate production feasibility, and propose solutions to achieve premium quality, minimize cost, and maximize productivity.

  • Formulating product presentation specifications, including folding and packaging standards, to preserve premium quality and deliver a distinguished first impression to customers.

  • Serve as a pivotal representative for the Quality Assurance team in special projects to launch new products, new processes, and new technologies focused on achieving premiumization.

  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives in quality to contribute to operational excellence.

    Your story

    • Diploma or degree in Apparel & Accessories Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field

    • Strong knowledge of Softline Accessories (backpack, headwear, gloves ...) construction, production techniques, and finishing standards.

    • At least 7-10 years of experience in Accessories development and manufacturing. Proficiency in English is a must to cooperate among the teams and with the international suppliers

    • Willingness to travel to supplier locations in the south of Vietnam, China, and Indonesia.

    • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a high sense of responsibility and the ability to manage and drive a project
