Our HR team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for a colleague to join us in this journey as a Specialist, EVP communication (Employee Value Proposition) We are looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling and has successfully driven the creation and execution of global and regional employer brand strategies to attract exceptional talent globally. Your Mission

As a EVP content & communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives On as an employer. Your mission is to translate On’s unique culture, spirit, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into engaging content and digital experiences that connect with and attract exceptional talent globally, supporting our organizational growth and performance.

  • You will design, execute, and scale On’s global employer branding initiatives across primary digital channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, the Careers page and more. -You will write, and curate engaging written and visual content that highlights On's unique workplace culture, team member stories, and technical innovations -You will manage relations with internal and external agencies for content production and execution.
  • You will maintain and optimize On's global digital footprint as an employer, ensuring consistent branding while supporting local relevance across different offices.
  • You will lead cross-team collaboration to showcase authentic internal stories.
  • You will champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across different teams, educating internal partners on how to act as brand ambassadors.
  • You will act as the custodian of On's employer brand, ensuring all internal and external-facing talent materials are aligned with On's core spirit and visual identity.
  • You will analyze market trends, competitor employer branding landscapes, and candidate feedback to constantly iterate on talent attraction touchpoints and tools.

    Your story

    -You have about 4-6 years of expertise in employer branding, communications, or recruitment marketing, with a strong ability to translate organizational culture into an authentic Employee Value Proposition.

    • You have a proven track record of producing and curating highly engaging written, visual, and multimedia content.
    • You have experience scaling global and regional brand initiatives across primary digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, careers pages) and driving organic reach and application conversion.
    • You have strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, candidate feedback, and campaign metrics to continuously iterate and improve talent attraction.
    • You are a collaborative partner used to working cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Sustainability, and Brand teams.
    • You are highly organized and capable of delivering polished, on-brand content campaigns from concept to launch while meeting deadlines.
    • You can switch easily between being a strategic thinker, and hands-on execution.
    • You are used to working in a frequently changing, fast-paced environment.
    • You are fluent in English.

    About the Team

    Being part of the HR team at On means collaborating to align employer branding initiatives with overall talent development, culture, and team member experience. You will work closely with recruitment marketing in Talent Acquisition, D&I, Internal Comms, the Brand team (to mention a few) to co-create impact-driven storytelling campaigns that truthfully highlight On's culture and business from an employer branding lens.
