In short

Join us at the heart of the revolution. As a hands-on Lead Process Engineer at our LightSpray production sites, you will be the critical link between engineering and live operations. You will support a growing production system, ensuring this disruptive technology is robust, repeatable, and ready to scale. As the Lead Process Engineer, you will own the day-to-day process stability, execute experimental designs (DoE), and drive root cause analysis on faulty products. Working closely with the Senior Lead Process Engineer, you will support process validation, contribute to novel process development, and lead field deployment of LightSpray machinery across global sites.

Your Mission

  • Drive Data-Driven Process Validation: Execute experimental designs (DoE) and process validation protocols to ensure repeatability and robustness for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Hands-On Machine & Product Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for machine parameters and material processing issues. Perform root cause analysis to resolve critical process deviations and product defects.
  • Support Deployment & Global Readiness (Up to 20% Travel): Visit global production sites to support machine readiness, assist with equipment deployment, and translate factory floor feedback into technical improvements.
  • Bridge Innovation to Production: Execute process-related tasks on multidisciplinary projects, bridging material and process innovations from the lab to production lines.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on real-time operational feedback to ensure process repeatability across sites.

    • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and work systematically using data-driven approaches.
    • Willingness to travel globally up to 20% for equipment deployment and site support, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
