Senior Specialist - Product Quality Intelligence

In short

As the Senior Product Quality Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming post-market product data into actionable business intelligence that drives product improvements, reduces quality risks, and protects consumer trust. Working across Warranty, Returns, Consumer Feedback, Reviews, Customer Support, and Product Quality data, you will build a unified view of product performance and convert complex data into clear recommendations for Product Creation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams. This role does not own policy or governance. Instead, it enables better business decisions by identifying trends, uncovering root causes, measuring the effectiveness of corrective actions, and providing trusted insights across the product lifecycle. This role will report directly to the Warranty CoE Lead.

Your Mission

  • Develop a unified Product Quality Intelligence model by integrating Warranty, Returns, Consumer Feedback, Product Reviews, Customer Support, and Product Quality data.
  • Build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting that provide a single view of product performance across markets, products, suppliers, factories, and production batches.
  • Monitor product health and identify emerging quality trends, recurring defects, and consumer pain points.
  • Deliver timely insights that enable proactive quality interventions.
  • Apply advanced analytics, AI, and text mining techniques to analyze structured and unstructured product quality data.
  • Identify recurring failure modes, fit issues, material defects, and manufacturing deviations.
  • Measure product performance throughout the product lifecycle and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in collaboration with the key stakeholders
  • Translate quality data into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Creation, Product Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.
  • Develop early warning dashboards to identify quality risks before they become large-scale customer issues.
  • Measure the effectiveness of corrective actions and product improvements.
  • Support supplier performance reviews with fact-based quality intelligence.
  • Present executive-ready insights that influence product and business decisions.

    Your story

    • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Product Quality Analytics, Consumer Goods, Sportswear, Footwear, Manufacturing, or E-commerce.
    • Advanced SQL and strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
    • Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing scalable data models.
    • Experience applying AI, text analytics, or natural language processing to consumer feedback, product reviews, returns, or warranty data.
    • Strong analytical thinking with proven experience translating data into business recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights.
