Reporting into the VM leadership team, you will turn editorial concepts into high-quality 2D and 3D renders, build scalable guidelines, and ensure our brand aesthetic is seamlessly executed across all global markets. You bring a strong background in graphic and spatial design, technical mastery of design software, and a passion for bringing product storytelling to life in physical retail environments.

Your Mission

  • Tool & Training Development: Collaborate closely with the Head of VM and Senior Lead DTC VM to design and develop core VM tools, general presentations, and structured training assets.

  • Regional Execution & Support: Partner directly with Area VM Leads to guide on-the-ground execution, resolve design queries, and ensure regional alignment with global standards.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong working relationships with DTC, Merchandising, and Buying teams to ensure product strategies, correct assortments, and commercial priorities are reflected in all global VM communications.
