Intern - Commercial Training, Greater China

In short

We are looking for a proactive, agile, and detail-oriented Commercial Training Intern to join our Commercial Training Team. In this role, you will support training operations across all business channels (Offline Retail, E-Commerce, Key Accounts, Social Commerce, etc.).

You will not only handle end-to-end training administration and data management but also actively participate in building product training contents and driving engagement for our commercial and field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to gain deep insights into cross-channel commercial operations, enablement strategies, and learning management.

Your Mission

Commercial Training Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and organize centralized commercial training repositories, course assets, and product toolkits
  • Manage and regularly update the master Omnichannel Commercial Training Calendar to ensure cross-channel alignment

Cross-Channel Training Logistics & Execution

  • Provide operational support for both virtual and on-site training (workshops, channel bootcamps, and store/field rep enablement)
  • Coordinate venue bookings, tech/AV setup, training materials, and physical sample/merchandise distribution

Learning Platform & Omnichannel Training Analytic supporting

  • Consolidate, clean, and track learning data across internal platforms/LMS for different sales channels
  • Generate channel-specific learning completion rates, test scores, and training ROI/engagement reports

Meeting & Performance Report Integration

  • Synthesize meeting minutes, cross-functional updates, and monthly/quarterly commercial training summaries for key stakeholders

Commercial Engagement & Souvenir Management

  • Support the strategy, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of training gifts, incentives, and gamification rewards for sales reps

Omnichannel Product Training Content Creation

  • Participate in synthesizing product knowledge, competitor intelligence, and channel selling points
  • Assist in drafting and designing high-impact product training slide decks, quick-reference sheets, and digital learning modules tailored for different business channels.

End-to-End Vendor, Contract & Payment Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of training contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor/supplier payments
  • Track channel training budget execution and streamline finance/procurement workflows.

    Your story

    • Currently enrolled University or Master’s student (Business, Marketing, HR, E-Commerce, or related fields preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple channel requests simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint for presentation design and Excel for data analysis) as well as AI tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
    • Fast learner with a strong commercial mindset and a keen interest in multi-channel business dynamics and product enablement
    • Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment
