We build systems that manage product data from initial concept to full commercialization. We even built our own PLM app: Switch. We’re also streamlining data through Smartsheet workspaces, partnering with all teams across our entire supply chain.
We lead the creation of our premium packaging. Working with Project Managers, Brand Design, Sourcing and Suppliers to create sustainable and compliant solutions.
We drive digital product infrastructure and create catalogs which analyze seasonal color usage. We also own color quality control of footwear samples.
We plan the full product creation calendar from kick-off until retail introduction, maintaining documentation and reporting to ensure the timeline runs smoothly.
We empower productivity through meaningful collaboration, preserving knowledge and analyzing processes to reduce confusion and waste. It’s all about continuous improvement.
