Retail Merchandising and Sales Planning Lead, Zurich
This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team and take on the responsibility to lead On’s Retail Store.You will be in charge of the store’s overall performance and delivering exceptional customer service every day. You will oversee all store related operations including but not limited to store performance, inventory management, customer experience, team leadership as well as all internal team related responsibilities and external partnerships.
-Take responsibility for overall store performance, including commercial KPIs, operation excellence, exceptional consumer journey and high-performing team development and retention. -Execute product strategy and work closely with the retail merchandising, retail marketing and VM teams for assortment selection, visual merchandising and event implementation. -Oversee inventory management and BoH (Back-of-House) processes for optimized stock levels and FoH (Front-of-House) operations for exceptional customer service. -Manage schedules for all store members, collaborating with retail talent team for talent administration & development. (e.g., recruiting, training, on/off boarding, payroll, career progression, etc. onboarding.) -Build up your store-level Customer Relationship Management plan to stay connected with consumers to provide marvelous client service and drive new retail growth. -Continuously embrace and communicate On’s culture and spirits in team management and consumer interaction. -Support piloting, innovation, and implementation of new retail solutions. Other duties as needed.
-More than 4 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities included. -A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills. -An entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to proactively anticipate future store needs. -Native speaker of Chinese Mandarin with ability to read and write in English fluently. -Operational retail experience in sports, and / or fashion industry is a strong plus. A sports lover, loving to run is a strong plus. -Able to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
