Retail Merchandising and Sales Planning Lead, Zurich
The Retail Area Lead is responsible for supporting multiple retail Store Leaders across the West Region in guiding operations and performance. Through authentic connection, you will be the one to provide strategic direction, support building brand awareness and drive business growth and profitability in alignment with On’s mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Through your strong inspirational leadership and guidance of Store Leaders, you foster a high-performance culture and promote employee engagement while developing a strong pipeline of talent to fuel our growth.
In this role you will collaborate with Store Leaders to address operational challenges and implement process improvements. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities, develop community relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $110,000- 135,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation. At On we understand cash compensation is just one piece of your total rewards package.
