Retail Merchandising and Sales Planning Lead, Zurich
As a Lead - Retail Operations RoAPAC you will play an essential role in supporting our retail stores through your leadership and guidance. Holding deep subject matter expertise in our DTC retail foundations and operations, you will support our store teams in successfully living into our retail vision. You will work closely with our Regional Retail Senior Lead and our departments in HQ to drive the successful implementation, ongoing success of projects and programs in our retail stores. In this position you will be a direct liaison between our store teams and our departments in HQ and will serve as a first point of contact to gather feedback and offer operational solutions required to support continuous improvement.
This position will be located in Yokohama, Japan.
Support the fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store expansion and operations strategy. You will lead an integral role in supporting the success of our retail stores operations, growth, and achievement of business goals with a focus on implementation and continuous improvement. Along with Regional Retail management, you will work closely with our Global DTC Retail team, including but not limited to, the following departments: People and Culture, Retail Training, Technology, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, Customer service, and more.
