We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Global Health, Safety, and Security to lead our efforts in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders across all global locations. This pivotal role is based at our Zurich headquarters and involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that reflect our commitment to health, safety, and security. You will help create environments that are not only safe and compliant but also aligned with our brand values of innovation and care.
Develop and Lead: Design and implement a global health, safety, and security strategy, setting universal standards and establishing global guidelines to ensure consistency across all retail, corporate, and operational environments
Global Risk Management: Create global guardrails for comprehensive risk assessments, audits, and site evaluations across all regions to ensure adherence to international standards, and compliance with local regulations
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and coordinate globally-aligned emergency response frameworks, incorporating scenario planning, training programs, and cross-regional collaboration to prepare employees and stakeholders for diverse risks and crises
Incident Oversight: Manage reporting, investigation, and resolution of incidents, driving timely action and preventive solutions to mitigate future risks
Collaborative Security: Partner with leadership teams across retail and corporate locations, as well as external security providers, to address risks, enhance safety measures, and ensure compliance with global standards, strategies, and guidelines
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on global health, safety, and security metrics, using data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose strategic improvements to drive a culture of continuous improvement
Cultural Advocacy: Champion a unified, global safety culture, embedding health, safety, and security into the fabric of our operations and ensuring alignment with organizational values worldwide
Experienced Leader: At least 7+ years of proven success in health, safety, and security leadership roles, preferably within retail, logistics, or a similarly dynamic environment
Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, local regulations, and global best practices in health and safety management
Problem-Solver: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee and mitigate risks proactively
Communicator & Trainer: Skilled at delivering impactful training and communication across diverse teams, ensuring clarity and engagement at all levels
Emergency Planner: Hands-on experience in developing and executing emergency response and crisis management plans
Agile Multitasker: Comfortable navigating the demands of a fast-paced global organization with shifting priorities
