We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Commercial Manager to join our APAC South team and lead commercial & marketing strategy across various online platforms. In this fast-paced role, you will play an integral part of establishing On within SE Asia, lead in laying the foundations for growth through various operational and logistical projects, drive brand growth and customer engagement, manage relationships with key online marketplaces and agencies, and develop marketing programs that increase brand awareness and revenue. Working closely with the Senior Lead - Digital South APAC and supported by the wider APAC Digital team, you’ll oversee multichannel commercial and marketing initiatives to enhance our digital footprint and customer reach within SE Asia.
This role in the short term will be based in Shanghai or Hong Kong,but the successful candidate will need to be open to possible relocations within the APAC region depending on business needs. You will sit at the intersection of several incredible teams packed with talented people based primarily in Melbourne & Shanghai. As you might expect from a sportswear brand, the Digital team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets.
