In short

We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Global Senior Retail Business Analysis Lead to shape and steer the performance of On’s global retail ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution — empowering leadership teams across regions to make informed, high-impact decisions. You will act as the commercial performance architect of our global retail business, translating complex, data-led insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

As a senior member of the Retail Team, you will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders — across Retail, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and DTC — to deliver scalable business steering frameworks, unify performance metrics, and ensure strategic alignment across 100+ stores worldwide.

Your Mission

  • Lead holistic performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting across customer, product, and operational dimensions for On’s Retail business (100+ stores), ensuring actionable insights that go beyond financial figures
  • Design, lead, and present monthly global business reviews and variance analyses with actionable insights that directly influence executive priorities and strategic planning
  • Build and continuously refine integrated business steering processes connecting Retail, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance to enable unified performance governance.
  • Lead high-impact analyses and ad hoc deep dives that challenge assumptions, uncover growth levers, and optimize commercial and operational efficiency across markets.
  • Drive strategic improvement projects in partnership with cross-functional teams, measuring impact and ensuring initiatives deliver both commercial and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and evaluate strategic business cases for key global retail initiatives, providing agile decision support to the Executive and Leadership Teams.
  • Define KPI requirements for dashboards and analytical tools, partnering with data and BI teams to embed intuitive, decision-ready reporting capabilities across the business.
