We are looking for a Head of Product, Retail Experience to join our team in Zurich. This is a unique role for a leader who excels at the intersection of creative technology and flawless execution. You will be the essential bridge between our Brand Design and Retail teams’ ambitious concepts and the tangible, premium experiences we deliver in our stores worldwide. Your Mission
Your Responsibilities


You will be part of the Digital Product organization. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer-facing digital experiences for e-commerce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content production, UX/UI design, CRM, and user research to build and optimize a platform that supports effective internal workflows and delivers a premium experience. We look for product managers that understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the product team contributing their passion and their ideas.
