In short

On is more than just a sportswear brand—we are a movement. We exist to ignite the human spirit through innovation, performance, and design. From our Swiss-engineered running shoes to our global community of athletes, we push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of performance sportswear.

As the eCommerce Planner you will lead the forecasting and buying process across our digital channels for the Americas. You will aim to build a comprehensive forecast of the full footwear product assortment, highlighting potential risks and opportunities by drilling in at different levels. You will communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders in order to optimize product efficiency and stock turn. With both a commercial and analytical background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your insights into growth initiatives for increased efficiency within our footwear category.

We are seeking two planners one to own our largest category - footwear and another to own our fastest growing category - apparel and accessories.
