Retail Merchandise Allocator, EMEA

In short

Support one of the most exciting and fastest-growing global sportswear brands with our own retail store operations and expansion. In this position, you will be among the first hires of the DTC Retail Merchandising team supporting the product and stock management for our stores in EMEA.

You will be in charge of the stock management in our Retail stores to ensure accurate stock levels. In addition, you will close feedback loops between customers, store teams and HQ product and merchandising teams to help improve our overarching product and assortment for DTC Retail and beyond.

Your Mission

  • Support Retail Merchandise Planners in ensuring product availability across stores by assisting in placing the right product in the right location, at the right time, and in the right quantity
  • Assist in monitoring in-season replenishment and flag potential stock risks or opportunities based on sales and demand trends
  • Support the preparation of initial stock allocations for new product launches and store openings, following allocation guidelines and store capacity
  • Track and update key allocation metrics such as sell-through, weeks of cover, and stock-to-sales ratio
  • Collaborate with Regional Area Leads to gather qualitative feedback from stores and integrate it with quantitative insights
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations to ensure smooth replenishment processes and accurate stock flows
  • Support the Visual Merchandising team by communicating product availability and potential delays impacting store presentation

    Your story

    • You have up to 1–2 years of experience in Retail Allocation, Merchandising, or a similar analytical role, ideally within the fashion, outdoor, or sports industry
    • You’re confident working with data, with strong analytical and numerical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
    • You have great communication skills and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Retail, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising
    • You bring a curious, growth-oriented mindset and are eager to learn, contribute, and continuously improve how things are done

    The Retail Merchandising team is supporting On, as one of the most exciting and fastest-growing global Premium sportswear brand, with our own retail stores operations and expansion. You will work closely not only with other members of the Retail Merch teams but also with various departments such as Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Demand Planning, and many others.
