The Lead - Digital Product Manager role will report to the Head of Digital Product on the Digital Product team.

As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and high-conversion e-commerce. You will be the vital link between our Digital Product organization and global stakeholders, ensuring that every feature we ship is deliberate, data-backed, and creates immense value. Your mission is to own the product vision for your area, translating complex business needs into a clear, executable roadmap. This role is a fixed term contract for maternity cover, starting as soon as possible, and running until March 2027.

Your Mission

  • Develop an understanding of our customers and what they are looking for in the evaluation stages of the ecommerce journey.
  • Work with cross functional teams to define the toolkit of how we bring experiences to life across communities and categories.
  • Ensure that what we do creates value. Every initiative should be deliberate, backed by data and insights.
  • Develop your product area mission and vision and communicate quarterly and long term roadmaps.
  • Analyze and communicate the impact of your work across the team and the organization.

    Your story

    • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working directly with design and engineering organizations to produce digital experiences ideally in the ecom space
    • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of releasing features and experiences that drive customer engagement.
    • You have a thorough understanding of how to integrate business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to create a strategy, define goals and translate that into clear project requirements.
    • You are experienced working with regional and global teams.
    • You are fluent in connecting technology with business outcomes using data and have the ability to communicate strategy to enable execution and delivery

    About the Team

    You will be part of the Digital Product organization. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer-facing digital experiences for e-commerce. The team will be composed of UX/UI designers, software engineers to help you drive the roadmap further.

    Beyond your team, you will work closely with the business stakeholders around the globe, including digital category management, product strategy, data analytics, merchandising and regional teams, to identify and align priorities across the on-site experience.
