As we deploy On’s omni-channel strategy in the Middle East, as the fastest growing premium sportswear brand, we are seeking a dynamic, commercial and versatile Omni-channel Senior Lead to build and lead our strategic vision.

On’s Senior Lead Commercial GCC will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling experiences. If you are passionate about sports and movement lifestyle, hold a deep understanding of wholesale, retail, omni channel, Marketing and events, and bring proven experience developing and executing strategies that inspire our communities through a curated premium wholesale distribution, and an innovative DTC experience then read On.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute an integrated omni-channel strategy tailored for the GCC market in collaboration with our local distributor to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all channels.
  • Drive synergy between online and offline channels to enhance the overall -customer experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors to align commercial strategies with On's brand objectives.
  • Oversee retail operations and ensure the implementation of standardized processes across distributor-operated stores.
  • Optimize in-store merchandising and layout for a cohesive brand presentation.
  • Drive the growth of On's e-commerce presence in the GCC, working with distributors to enhance online platforms. Implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, both online and in-store. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product deliveries. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional activities are aligned with omni-channel strategies.Implement marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales across all channels.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

Your story

  • Proven experience in omni-channel management, preferably in a distributor-operated retail environment.
  • Commercial experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the sports and movement lifestyle industry and the GCC market. You have a genuine interest in running, fitness, and/or movement lifestyle.
  • You are happy and flexible to work a 1 year mobility contract based in Dubai.
  • You thrive in diverse, global, multicultural environments, demonstrating cultural fluency and thriving amidst multicultural dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools and retail management systems.
  • You thrive when you don’t have all the answers, you work strategically, efficiently and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality.
  • Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.

Through our commitment to excellence in distribution, we aim to elevate On's brand presence, drive sustainable growth, and contribute to On's journey to become the most premium global sportswear brand: built on innovation, design and sustainability. Our team takes On to new heights and broader horizons with the aim to connect the brand to more communities across EMEAs emerging markets.

On’s Senior Lead Commercial GCC will be the bridge between On and our GCC distributor’s dedicated On team. You will report to the Head of Distributors EMEA; joining a growing EMEA Distributors team and wider EMEA Sales team at On. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the blueprint for On’s DMS.
